working on a fix...
hoping to have the fix in place inside the next 20 mins... sorry guys
Yeah its ok hopefully before Sony's Conference.
should be, given that the conference is a ways off still
thanks cu, imback now
lol you fixed it but now its broken again
I keep getting the "related articles" popping into the middle of my screen when I scroll halfway through a thread...arrgh.
Switched browsers, same problem in IE9, FF, and Chrome.
i have the guys on that one too!
You can also disable the feature in your General Settings under My Account via the User CP which is what I did a while back.
It's on and off now, sometimes overlaps sometimes not. Thanks Blacksite.
Yeah, I only disabled it because it was getting in the way. But there are times when the related articles aren't really related to what's being discussed.
Ok its still on and off. I suggest getting rid of the background ad until its fixed because a lot of visitors are gonna be greeted with it and will just leave, then you won't be making any money off your banner ads etc. Its going to completely screw the site for everyone using Chrome and whatever other browsers its happening in.
its all the time for me!!!!!
Same, seems to be only for UK audience, complete fail right on E3, won't be discussing it here unfortunately.
Working fine here. I did not even know there was a problem.
Since i can't create a new thread i'll post my problem here.
I can not use the reply window at the bottom of the thread anymore!
It does not respond at all when i try to click into the textfield.
The buttons at the top (for fonts, pictureattachment etc.) don't work either.
I've got the same problem when i want to start a new thread (therefore my post here).
The only way to write anything at all is to click the green "+reply to thread" button at the bottom of the threads.
When i click the button the cursor appears in the "quickreply" window - the bottons still don't work though.
Everything was fine yesterday....
IE9.0.8112 (Update 9.0.6)
Yeah it happens to me also the best solution I have is to keep pressing F5 on the page.
Well at least it's not just me....
Just fyi... the forum's still not working properly with IE.
It'd be nice to know that you're aware of the problem.
Can I recommend using Chrome? It's much better.
Yeah i can use chrome at home but not at work ;)
P.S. Nothing has changed yet... still the same problems with the IE.
I already wanted to write a PM to Cuguy about it but i can't send PM's with just a subject (nothing in the messagebox) ;)
