I'd yes say depending on the price, but most official merchandise websites create are ridiculously overpriced imo.
If the T-shirts were priced £10-£15 (including p&p) I'd buy one.
Otherwise no.
As far as designs a Simple t shirt with PSU logo works for me and members could pay a little extra for their forum name on the sleeve.
Obviously their is talent that is part of the forum community so we are fortunate enough to take advantage if they choose to participate. Also a low enough price where all member could afford it would be awesome as well
