They still pretty much do, its the UK where the sales of the two across Europe even out (though PS3 is 2m+ in Europe overall).

Probably since GT5 exploded sales across Europe
Surely the real news was that the 'dying' PC platform outsold PS3?

You guys are going in circles, Lol.
The fact is, EA is making a lot of money on all platforms(Over 800 Million in just 3 months, damn!). Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC are very important to them no matter how much more one platform is pulling compared to the rest.
It starts now. PS3 is not making a profit, brining out a new console will not solve everything. Plus they are still focusing on silly hand held devices that are not boosting revenue, and we all know that Sony brings a new one of these stupid devices out each year.
If Sony wants to start making profit they need to still keep quality while keeping manufacturing costs down and not having more of a price tag than say Panasonic or in this case Microsoft.
PS3 has been profiting since 2010, dunno where you got that.
So. Yeah... X360 making more money for EA than PS3. Interesting eh?
Also interesting how the PC makes more money for EA than PS3. Don't you think?
:)
lol wouldn't bother me if EA pulled the plug on PS3 completely.
PS3 has been profitable since mid 2010
I knew you'd bring up Sony, I was talking about ME, I couldn't care less for their games.
Hell 276 million just on the ps3 platform not bad!
We really shouldn't be using EA as a benchmark anyway.
I haven't read any of this thread at all -- but has anyone actually taken into account the fact that Origin has grown extensively over the past year and that PC Gamers now pay EA directly without any middlemen for a lot of its PC products?
