a lighter more expensive version is something not many people bought the first time around? I wouldnt call that a stellar part of the TGS line up... but it is a lot better than paying 1500 bucks for a 3D tv. Even with AR functionality it's going to be a beast to convince anyone to really do anything worthwhile with it.
VR is almost here..

It will probably be as expensive as that device they release like a year ago or two for $800.
I'm glad I held of buying the HMZ. I read ages ago they were R&Ding it with an FPS game. The prototype HZM was shown about a year before it went to market so I assume this isnt too far off.
This is Sony's strong-suit. I'll say it plain. Sony has always been at the forefront of hardware technology. Seeing this reassures me that the next generation of consoles may yet not be a disappointment after all. We will see though.
Cant waite to see more..i cant waite for the TGS..
Cannot deny that Sony's hardware technology is always best...and yes waiting for this since long!!!
when is TGS?
Looks like a portal virutal boy LOL
Looks like Sony is primed to steal the show at TGS.
3D is dead and gone for me. Movies in cinema have 2 or 3 effects for a 100 minute movie + the title in beginning credits jumping to your eyes, and for the exceptions who have more, the choice of the elements in 3D is very subjective (some imaging displays in front but not the others on the side, some insectes but not others in Avatar) and most of the time not natural, making it a forced display to show off the technology. At home it's barely better and both need stupid glasses (I already have glasses for short sightedness).
I only go see a 3D movie when I really want to see the movie as of course you don't have the choice of a cinema with both 3D and non 3D version.
