I was thinking the exact same thing! I think once PS4 is out they should just open up the PS3 to anyone so any developer could make a game for it similar to the Ouya and see where it takes them!Quote:

So ROGERO has released a stable No Brick version of his 4.21CFW now ,lol I haven't even touched my CFW PS3 for ages so im gonna wait to see if KMEAW gets back into the Game & releases a CFW.
Are there any good Homebrews out their for PS3, that add good feature to PS3 (like custom music in all games?)

90% of what I've found are back-up mangers ((AKA Pirating, it's the truth) and boring emulators.
There hasn't been enough "room" for those kinds of things yet. This should be able to spread it out. It was like the PSP. The ability you mentioned didn't come until a full blown custom firmware was installed on the PSP. The PS3 will get there. As far as the back-up managers go... sure, some people use it for just downloading games and playing them. Others use it to have ALL their games on the HDD without the need to swap discs.Quote:

I wouldn't suggest using it right now. The good "news" is that on cfw, a nice little feature to use will be that you can play every single PS3 game on your Vita. ;)
