i've seen the new layout :D
about a week ago, i opened a new tab. i had a new layout. opened another tab after i had watched the vid, and the layout was back to its old self.
im still looking at the old layout :snicker that tab was a portal to the future :lol:

It is annoying though, how many times they change the layout when there's really nothing to fix in the first place, apart from the slow buffering of HD videos that seems to happen at random.
Well they f upped channels all it is a plain white background. Last one was good. I actually prefer the '07/08 Design over this crap,
Didn't they add avatars to display with the comments in the new design, along with the 'Like/Dislike' text? I didn't like that.

EDIT: I can only assume the BETA layout I signed up for at least a year ago has been made public in which case I have long gotten used to it.

The layout is the same on my android phone. Also there is a different layout under my YouTube option on my android phone. One is the same through my browser and the other is different on my phone..
Weird and I do not get why two different layouts

If I had a penny for every time these morons changed the layout of YouTube...no one wants the changes and these fucktards always screw up what is still good and left from the good old days of YouTube. There have been two major changes to the site since 2005 and both devastated its interface, layout, and greatness. For example, just look at the channels page...what the heck!!! Remember how great those pages were? Now its very unusable and lame.
I totally agree with you man. I wish they'd let us revert back to the 2007 design I loved that one.
Or a individual designed option.. I mean you can get bored of the same layout quick

I saw that a while ago when youtube suddenly threw me in a new design. Thought they were running some tests on the new layout. It was inevitable

YT is becoming an overrated life thief now! Everyone's like YouTube this, or that! Or all of their references are from YouTube! It's annoying!!! Only thing I use YouTube is to understand all of these addict's references lol

One thing I hate about Youtube now is how desperate some people are for views that they start creating a number of different channels instead of getting better at what they originally set out to do.
Also, those god awful pop songs sung by teenagers, forced memes and other crap that unfortunately make the main page.
Not only that, the amount of advertisements all over every video is annoying.
