I liked Saints Row 3, it was pretty jokes. I'll be disappointed if the fourth one doesn't come out. THQ do have some suspect games in their repertoire though.
I've enjoyed Saints Row: The Third but I hope Volition and THQ move the story along with Saints Row 4. Hunting down Dex to whatever city he fled to was a big priority for the protagonist at the end of Saints Row 2.
They've already admitted that the next game in the series will be even more over-the-top but if it's just going to be another 'nice distraction' then it isn't worth the investment. Maybe just sell the IP to someone else.
Well, Ubisoft has shown an interest in THQ's assets.
Aside from annualising Assassins Creed, I really like Ubisoft lately. If THQ go under, I actually wouldn't mind if they bought their assetsQuote:
