160GB PS3 Slim to be cleared out for 179.99...

Wish I had $180 spare just to put it away in case my current one breaks (Ill NEVER buy one of the newer slims, ugliest console ever and no slot loader = no buy for me)

I like my Super Slim but to each his own.

I'm sure its fine, its a PS3 after all. I just hate top loaders, and really prefer slot loaders.

As a fatty owner, I like the super slim more than the slim. Although I do agree with the slot loading being nicer, I'd chose the super slim if I was to get one.

Awesome deal for anyone that doesn't like the SS PS3!!

My original fat died in december so I bought one of the ss. I dedinitely miss my slot loader.

My ps 3 sits up really hi and I cant see when im loading discs.

I own both a PS3 60GB fat and 320GB PS3 reg slim, and I personally love the slim over the fat model, non-glossy and just seems more solid to me. The only thing I miss from the fat model is the touch sensitive power/eject buttons.

Yhow much is the Ssuper slim 12GB, you might be better off buyign one of those adn buyign a 250GB drive for $50.

I bought a 160gb not to long ago. Lol my luck man...

Sony is making the PS3 ugly so that the PS4 will look better by comparison. That's my theory.

I think that model your talking about is only available in the UK.

This is a good dreal i got my slim when it frist came out for 199 with my sony card and i put in a 250 gig hard drive.
and i have a 160 gig phat ps3 and i still have 120 gigs free. so 160 gig drive is big enough

The PS3 is going to fly off the shelves at that price. Looks like Sony will be padding their lead on the 360.

I'd love a slim ps3, they do look really good, but my fat one is still going strong and since i put a 500GB HD in there im quite partial to keeping it haha

Isn't that only $20 cheaper than the SS? Sorry haven't been keeping up with the prices. They should officially drop it to $149 a few months or so before the PS4 launch then drop it to $99 in PS4s second year or so like they did with PS2.

I like my slim 160GB.
