Sadly, I think this game will be this generations Kameo. :(
I really like how this game looks, but sadly there seems to be more interesting once in the launch.

Kameo was really on the wrong platform though, it probably would've performed better with PlayStation.

visually it looks great but I don't like the main character design. Doesn't have the iconic feel of ratchet, clank, jax, daxter, crash, spyro etc

Thats the main thing that put me off that the protagonist doesn't feel animated much at all even if it is a golem type of character, lack of emotion range is an issue, not to mention the design itself. I see it as an issue when supporting characters are more interesting than the hero.

Yeah, that's the one thing I didn't like as well. The good thing is that he'll be able to take on many forms, which should be fun from a gameplay perspective.

But yes, this game will need strong supporting characters most likely.

We need more games like this, long live platformers.
