They need to move forward selling it on it's TV features and that it's the XBOX.
They've already fallen into the abyss of not playing their own game because they have stockholders to worry about.
This is why Dell bought his company back, for better or worse, to follow their own vision.
MS is kind of scurrying around right now.
There's alot of irony. All these years later, Intel and MS need each other more now than ever.
Everyone's trying to dump both of them.

An interesting question would be if MS will be able 'muscle out' any benefit the competition gains (better performance, higher market share, etc..)

He said in the gaf thread that there is little point in him passing info form the tech experts, and he will just sort out a way for them to inform people directly. This was days ago.
So expect to here from the experts themselves, not a 2nd hand.
