I use Fire/Waterfox 64 but the problem I keep getting is that it freezes after a while while Browsing don't know what causes it ,it just keeps happening (not a Virus/mal/spy ware problem)

I have the Xigmatek Aegir cooler it works with both AMD/Intel sockets & it's really good and quite, it was 3rd on Frosty Techs list for best CPU coolers...

TMPIN 1 seems to be the same as TMPIN 0 on HW monitor as they both show the same temp and I was told that was the Ambient Air temp inside the case ??
