Linux is pointless for PS4. Sony better spend their resource on gaming, and better PSN store, as well as web features like youtube.

Hopefully the start of seeing smaller developers producing one of those unique and daring games that would otherwise be ignored by big publisher (Echo Night, Miasmata, etc) which is sorely lacking in...

I would pre-order if it was available for my region too. But I think the best approach is to wait about 6 months to 1 year just after initial release...just in case of defective hardware might creep...

It would be great if it works with all smartphones on iOS/Android/WP8. But seeing it that it requires you to buy the smartglass, it kind of blows.
