1000% sure. This friend of mine used the save thing to platinum Pacific Rift, Fuel, AVP, and some of the trophies in Dirt 3. No modding required, just a piece of software.

Man, this was my favorite franchise. I still got my Thief 1 & 2 for PC, as well as 3 for Xbox.
