I've got $1,500 saved up so far for the PS3 and I still wouldn't pay more then $350 at launch for one. Plus if it costed $350+ it'd drop down within a few months so I've got nothing to worry about......

Sony is already partners with Blu-Ray so I don't see why they wouldn't imply Blu-Ray into the PS3. Sony will make the right choice, they know what there doing.

Intels 65nm chip will be done around Sony and Toshiba's 65nm chip.
