With the online features they were talking about on the February reveal, I can see them charging. Being able to hop on your friends game over the PSN to help him out, being able to stream your games...

So you must get PS Plus to play online on PS4, but you can also use that PS Plus subscription for free games on PS3 as well as your free games on PS4.
