Has anyone ever heard of maps ONLY working for certian game modes ?

I usually only play free for all ( I like just shooting anything that moves LOL)... My prob started with MW2 .. over 1000 free...

I remember seeing a youtube vid about it awhile back ... ( seemed as tho it was not just a fake/funny one)

It was about a guy who made some 9yr old cry/whine in game on the head set about going to...

So.... ?
Contest ended Nov30th ... was updated that it was over & the winner would be notified in a day or 2 on Dec 1st.
Now its Dec 11th so "10" days later ...is there a winner ?

Would have to go with hours & hours of blowing the heads off Zombies in Black ops "very" late at night . It "ALWAYS" results in "offline game play in your head" while asleep in bed afterwards ;) ...

LOL , thats why I asked ... dsl & last I speed tested it (mc'afee speed tester) , it was 200k+

5hrs later still at 39% downloaded ... there "HAS" to be some "error" issue going on with this one ,...

Ok so in 2-3 hrs I get wipeout all downloaded ( demo,full game unlock , add-on)

now downloading Infamous ... will take 20+ HOURS ! really ?

I know that there is a huge difference in these 2...

I didn't sign out , but I did leave the store & then got back into it no prob .
Getting nothin but errors now everywhere ... ( 80710D36)

Back up for me here in Canada also .. ( & it still has all the $ I left in my wallet as well)

Nope I don't think its just bad luck . Have done probably over 1000 matches & have seen every single map (& they all show pretty much evenly) "Derail" however has never showed up not even once .
...

Maybe someone here knows...

Have done tons of "free for all" matches & have NEVER seen the map "Derail" come up .. not ever !

All the rest work fine on "free for all" or even the "private...

Download the update 1st , then go to the sign in screen (it will make you change the password there , after you enter the old password ect...)

Downloading the update right now in Newfoundland .. so depends on how far west you are... it started at the east & is working it way west .

I am in Newfoundland Canada ( as east as you can get in North America) so it HAS reached North America ( i guess starting wit hth eeast & working its way west)....
