I'm glad to see they're still investing resources into the online functionality, as flawed an experience as Metal Gear Online turned out to be it was still great fun when it...

All they really need to do to the old-school tank controls is add the 180° quick-turn feature that later surfaced in RE3 ...

Keep with the pre-rendered backgrounds too and I'm pretty confident...

Can't wait for release already ... the one game that finally got my better half somewhat interested in the PS3!

I just hope the European version makes it out before Christmas too!

Did you play the original release? ... from all the video's I've seen thus far it looks like the gameplay mechanics have remained faithful to the franchise!

Will probably still pick this up but they seriously dropped the ball when they decided not to include offline split-screen multiplayer!

I always considered Jet Moto to be the poor man's Wave Race 64 ... though if they were to revive the IP across any of their hardware range then I guess it would be best suited to the PS Vita.

I just hope the frame rate is upto scratch on the PS3 this year, the last couple of Codemaster games [despite attempting to add some real F1 flavour] have been pretty atrocious, leaving me with no...

At this point GT6 really needs to be a PS4 title imo ... with all the added processing power they could further improve the physics engine and bump up the in-race car count ... just imagine 40+ cars...

Would much rather have seen an announcement for Bad Company 3 ... I am still yet to find a better online FPS on the PS3 than the original title!

It has 2 player split-screen but you only complete certain missions as opposed to playing through the full single-player campaign like in Resistance 1 & 3.

The lack of split-screen is what stops this remake from being potentially brilliant :neutral:

I would imagine anyone who bought the game at retail would have access to all of the games features ... this seems to be specifically just for people interested in the multiplayer aspect of the game.

Delays aside, the game generally appears to be shaping up rather well! ... Looks like they're making full use of the franchise licence with the inclusion of powerloaders, APC's and whatnot.

To be fair I remember back before disc based media, when SNES games sometimes cost the equivalent of $120 ... people still bought them.
