I think Swiss and Russia aren't going today back online because they aren't a EU-Country. Sony just promised to relaunch to day US+Canada+EU and theres just insufficient time left. Maybe they dont...

They have to they promised... If they would lie again nobody would trust them anymore.

Well Nick Caplin promised(!) that is going online today.
There are just 3.5 hours left in mainland europe or 4.5 in GMT.

We have been wating since 04/17 (4 weeks). Dont freak out because of 10 hours.

I wouldn't trust them till the Sony Twitter is still quite.

The only confirmed news:
+The EU-Server started at 13:00 GMT/UCT and is loading now.
+The US-Server needen about 3-4 hours to be...

Oh com'on. They are maybe countries de facto but after all the UK is like one united country....

Im not sure about this. I dont think they will restore such a unimpportant ealier than the multiplayer gaming.
for example the PSN Store is also down in US...
