I went shopping last weekend and I had the opportunity to check those devices out.
First of all, I was really impressed by the iPhone 5's build quality. Too bad its screen's 4" and it's running iOS....

Have you tried both? I am leaning towards build quality. Nexus 4 also looks good, but its screen is yellowish in comparison to my current phone(from YouTube).
