DVS1 while I really like the idea you have going the type just seems to clash with it... Try removing the texture and use a subtle gradient with a dropshadow of about 1px/2px to make it pop a little...

I had to give it to spy for two reasons: a. the effects b. for using a male. I almost went in that direction but I just couldn't find a good enough picture of Joseph Gordon-Levitt I wanted to use.
