I'm living in South Korea right now, and I can say that I have never seen that here. Everyone dresses very well and classy.
Kinda makes me feel underdressed half the time.

Knowledge of the Korean language is not needed at all. In fact, schools often prefer teachers with no knowledge. This makes it so that speaking English in the classroom... -
