So as long as you can deal with sitting at your pc to read the translations during cutscenes (or print off the translation) it's not really a problem.

Silent Hill origins comes out this month, and Portable ops... Those aren't RPGs, but I sort of progressed from RPGs to cinematic games, which is a natural progression (still love RPGs, of course)
Make sure you pick up Exit. Platforming puzzle game, and it's 17 shades of awesome.
