since the ps3 will now have a keyboard and mouse. Also the fact that the ps3 has amazing graphics capabalities. The ps3 will be able to fully support almost all pc games. so do you think that more pc games will be ported to the system

Well with sony teaming up with Nvidea anything is possible I would love to see some RTS on the PS3.

The problem in getting a gaming capable pc is that it costs tooooo much and upgrades come along super fast. Your stuff always gets outdated to fast!!! And the cost just keeps going and going. Thats one of the main reasons i dont want it. But some games they have are amazing. If the great games on pc ported to ps3, it would be a great addition to the already great library of games that the playstaions have.

truth is your going to be guests to PC's past. or current. hardcore idiots like me buy the best videocard/cpu and smoke crack and overclock them in hopes to see god. welcome to sony's engineered way of reducing heat and mitigating doubt. guess you'd better smoke some weed to catch up

EDIT: F.E.A.R. rocks hardcore overclocked on a 6800 ultra and amd 3800+ (I think that's ps3 alpha/beta) pray for F.E.A.R.

Tell me about it that new Dell xps system cost over $5000 and dont get me started on that alienware.

Same, I gave up on PC games a few years ago when to play any new game basically requires an updated expensive video card.

I have a powerful PC but it has ordinary graphics, I don't care because there haven't been any games I actually want to buy on PC.

that is only a speculation, although i agree, especially since youd be able to run linux or windows on it(if youd want to) that it would really make much more sence that youd be able to play pc games on it as well.

That wouldn't be such an easy port. Going from a single processor to 7 would be kinda hard. MS will have them again this time for sure, but I don't know about PS3. We can only hope.

Yes and no. It has the power, but coding for the PS3 is way different from coding for the PC's X86 architecture. Although it should be easy to port graphics code, since the RSX should behave just like any other Nvidia GPU.
