PS3 Advertising

So i was sitting and watching the colts-patriots game yesterday, and in one of the commercial breaks i saw the new ps3 commercial. i was amazed because sony not only came up with a good commercial but also had it played at a spot where a lot of people would see it. shortly after that, a commercial for assassin's creed came up and i was expecting the little xbox promo right after the commercial, but no, it was a ps3 promo stating the 399 price point. that had to be the first commercial for a multiplatform next-gen game that featured an advert for the ps3 after it rather than the 360. the marketing team at sony seems to be doing a really good job nowadays.

yea, I remember seeing that same Assassin's Creed commercial like 8 or 9 times throughout the entire game, and each time, it had the Playstation logo and music playing after it followed by the new $399 price point.

The PS3's marketing in general has really picked up - just in time for the holiday push. Nice to see.

P.S. The Simpsons game is another multi-plat that gets the PS3 treatment in all the TV spots.

i spent like 20 mintues trying to find out what that song was called ... i was like on youtube searching Playstation 3 ad and was trying to find a comment about the song but couldn't find it ... thanks for the song title ... if i can i will rep ya

You know, never thought I'd say this but, its starting to get annoying. I saw it litterally 8 or 9 times within about 4 hours.

i must have seen the assassin's creed commercial like 10 times while i watching the maple leafs vs. sabres game and the raptors vs. 76ers games last night. they were multiplat tho, with the ps3 version showing a tad more often. i also saw a R&C commercial here and there.
