I noticed Wipeout HD was shown under the game section of the XMB in the video. Does that mean it is coming out tomorrow? I don't recall the release date on this?

I wish they would have added In-Game XMB to at least access messages. Hopefully that feature is coming soon.

8th of November, 100% confirmed. So probably around the same time you go to check for Store updates it will be there.

Nice find Apollo. The fway the pictures and music can be sorted, looked pretty snazzy! And i also like the way you can change the theme of the XMB.

The new PSN icon looks a little out-of-place though for some reason. Still cool though, i must admit.

There were a couple nice ones on ps3 fanboy in the screenshots. They looked good.

I actually agree with you there, but I don't doubt that every few weeks there will be new themes to download on the Store, you saw in that video an option to install new themes.

That's because it's new! It's a new PlaystationNetwork one, including Accoutn management, and PlaystationStore.

What did you have in mind? The one they showed is not exactly my cup of tea either but it's a great concept and I'm sure more themes will become available in the future like game related themes / art styles. IMO this is a pretty nice looking update and I'm sure the other features that people are screaming about will come...........

Actually.. It does look like that's the case. It's a step closer to in-game XMB too.

It is none the less a good find and my word if you haven't seen the blog Sony is catching hell for no in game xmb.
