October NPD Predictions Thread

I think most people at GAF seems to be understimating what Halo 3 has done over the month.

I could be wrong though.

Here are my predictions:

[Wii] 460k
[PS3] 135k
[PS2] 180k


Closes on Monday 14 (I know Im late here but better late than never)

[PS3] 220k; The new 40gb should double the current sales rate
[WII] 450k; Galaxy, as I think it will be more popular here than in Japan. That or still supply problems.

It will only be revealed to those who pay for that, and IGN does, so the numbers will be known.

Wii: 600k
PS3: 153k

Will we be able to verify those numbers since NPD isn't public anymore? Any insiders?

The 40GB was released in november... It won't be on October's NPD.

I don't think Halo3 will sell consoles for more than 2 weeks and the 40GB PS3 and 60GB price cut is bound to shift PS3's. Wii will be dominant again though.
