They did show the curse mark, so that would indicate Orochimaru is still alive doesn't it?
I personally always thought he would still be alive; if he knew that he was weak why would he risk dying when facing Sasuke to get his body, it makes sense that he took some safety measures in case he was defeated plus the way he died seemed too anticlimactic... or maybe Sasuke did something similar to Tobi and just locked Orochimaru in another dimension... whatever the case I just hope Tobi is not Orochimaru, I think that would be lame.

Itachi beat orochimaru twice so kind of makes his return meh, first itachi caught him in a genjustu and chopped off his hand, then he used the totsuka sword to seal his entire soul into a genjustu , so now that itachi is dead and his susanoo isnt summonable anymore my guess is orochimaru is out of reach..

The 5 kages can't deal with him, now that he has control over the forbidden jutsu, he can't die, his chakra and body regenerate, he has the first hokage dna, has the rinnegan...and so on.

True, but it seems Sasuke knows where Orochimaru is at and that scroll pretty much has something to do with him.

The totsuka blade seals you in a genjutsu like dream so perhaps there is a way to talk to him in that genjutsu.
Also anko's curse seal was shown too so perhaps theres a way through the curse seal to bring him back for a chat.

In any case, I doubt orochimaru will be back for good, it'll be a talk and thats it. Thats what I reckon anyways since orochimaru has nothing on tobi and madara.

Edit: also samui and atsui are confirmed dead now that theyve heen eaten by gedo mazo XD

I'm just afraid they're going to say Tobi is Orochimaru. But even in the Anime when the 4th fought him he arm started to melt like everything else on Orochimaru does.

That would just be soooo gay.

Espically as he got his arm back by sticking it into a giant zetsu thing. I wish madara would kill one of the kages just to show how powerful he actually is.

I wouldn't mind seeing Orochimaru again, but I also think having Tobi = Orochimaru would be kindda lame so I hope that's not the case.

I actually wish 1 or more of the main characters from the leaf get killed too; I loved it when they killed Azuma, and now that this is a "GREAT" war I would expect more people to die, it would make the anime more deep IMO.

The tobi = orochimaru theory is just as bad as the obito theory XD

Tobi was in the story whilst orochimaru lived.

Orochimaru was obsessed with the sharingan and later the rinnegan. Tobi has a lab full of sharingan and has the rinnegan ( even though nagato had them at the time).

Also nagato had the rinnegan when he met jiraiya, orochimaru and tsunade.

Orochimaru is fixated with knowing all jutsu, immortality and six paths.

Tobi is fixated on the moons eye plan with the revival of the ten tails.

1. It wasn't you who said that Madara wouldn't leave even if the edo-tensei was released. It was Chille, who btw is a very good friend of mine and obviously knew I wasn't degrading or insulting him.
2. Did you even read when my post was made. It was made AFTER the chapter about Madra not leaving was up. Which means, I KNEW that Madara hadn't left. It was just a comment made to appreciate his foresightedness.

Yup they revealed him its Madara, and even though Oro hasn't come back sasuke is planning to see him. Which I really hope Orochimaru does come back.

Anko is there and apparently, a piece of Orochimaru resides within the curse mark seals. This was evident during the battle between Sasuke vs Itachi.

Feels weird to actually see him back the way he is. No interest in wreaking havoc for now and it felt like he cared for the state Kabuto is in too. Do you reckon they are going to the uchiha hideout where that tablet is kept?

And lol at Suigetsu too XD If they do go to the leaf village perhaps they will encounter Karin too who's making her escape from there.
