We still haven't seen what sasuke is capable yet in my opinion. That short slaughter of the zetsu's is the only thing we have for his abilities. Perhaps he has more?

He fought kabuto aswell still spammin susanoo.

Problem is Sharingan is nothing but a diluted version of the Elder Son's eyes and as Naruto has unlocked the younger sons body, it would be unfair if Sasuke doesnt get the eyes

I can see the 2nd hokage being a blood jutsu user, mainly because he supposedly godly with water, and as the human body is mostly made of water makes sense, he could possible do an edo tensei style control whille your still alive lol

And i thought Kurama covered in susano armour weilding susano blades was impressive but what hashirama summoned at the end O_O
Felt incredibly short for a chapter though but I enjoyed it a lot

That tends to happen with good chapter, they feel short.
Too bad they interrupted the fight on the best part to show us some flashbacks, but even those seem interesting, we should learn a lot about Hashirama and Madara from these.

new chapter is out on mangapanda (still waiting on mangastream though).

Enjoyed it alot, interesting to see Hashirama had 3 brothers and Madara originally had 4. hopefully this chapter eliminated the fear people had that the "old ninja wars" would be ruined by the friendship story

I really liked it too; it's funny in an ironic kind of way that they introduced Itama just to have him killed a couple of pages later. So far it's all interesting; I hope it remains that way.

I saw someone bring up an interesting point in another forum; what are your thoughts on this:

"since the Reaper Death god had its stomach split...um...does that mean that...y'know...Kurama gets the other half of his chakra back?"

I think it would make sense, but I think that might be one of those things that get overlooked and never get explained or referenced at all.

LOL, that's typically the case in anime.

My guess either Minato is now a host or its still in the stomach, remember he sealed it in himself first

I don't think it'll be in Minato as he did just the same as the third when he tried to seal Orochimaru and yet Orochimaru's arms returned to him. Maybe it'll happen to return to the nine tails just when they are about to run out of chakara... or maybe they'll just ignore it completely, LOL

or its just inside the death god, remember he had a specific amount of hosts for a specific amount of souls, im sure if he wanted the nine tails chakra it would of gone into a zetsu body

There isn't any action so some people might be disappointed, but for me it was a really good chapter, and the next one promises to be a lot better. I wonder what causes Madara to go bad; do you think it will be related to his brother and father? or some love interest that dies?
Given the earlier explanation on how they go bad when something happens to someone they love a lot, I think it will be some love interest that dies, and most likely he blames Hashirama.

I think its definately Izuna being the cause. Its already been established that he cares most for his brother and we know that Izuna will die at some Point.

Mito still hasn't been introduced yet so theres still that as a possibility but I think the fanbase would explode with rage if that were to be the cause.

But wasn't Izuna actually alive for a long time until he gave his eyes to Madara?

Yes but we don't know the "truth". Remember that it was Obito telling Sasuke the story, not Madara or Hashirama.

Also, Madara will turn to the dark side once Konoha has been established in their adulthood.
Izuna supposedly died in battle after he gave his eyes up.

Yeah the databook suggests Izuna gave his eyes willing like Obito says then died in battle shortly after the transplant, if he got some fodder eyes we dont know, but madara never killed and probably by sounds of things never attempted to harm him.
