Basically its a pod you sit in with a ergonomic chair you layback in, in there is a PC or game console that is hooked up to a large LCD that is on an adjustable arm that is infront of you and a pumping sound system.

You close the door of the pod & it becomes ur isolation chamber for hard core gameplay.

I found something on CNET about it, they start from US$20 000. Expensive, but still cool none the less.
