As long as he gets to make a couple of trolling remarks before he gets banned, which then stay there, he's gonna keep doing it.
If you replace the content of his posts with rabid PS3 fanboy posts, or something like that, he may actually give up.

You can ignore a single account.
There's vb hacks that let you hide a user's posts or give him really slow performance -- he may be dumb enough not to notice that if you do that to is account, and he'd still see his posts.
But I think that if all his posts were changed to things like "LOL GUYZ NEW HAT", he'd give up and go away. Maybe.

I know I have a VB mod specifically for him --- everything you stated plus more. Morph doesn't approve of it because it would torture the banned which I am all for.
