Rainbow Six Making A Comeback?

I played RSV a week ago and noticed that my room filled up quicker than at the height of RSV's popularity. I was surprised to see how easy it was to kill someone and how it actually seperated those who suck from pros compared to COD4.Does the recent RSV threads mean evryone is getting Vegas 2?

$^#% Yeah i'm getting RSV2 i loved the first one, though it had problems, i hope that it isn't a crappy port cause i'm exepecting to fall in love with the game instantly

I really liked the first one, even though people say it wasn't good. I loved single player and will get the next one. The big dif tween cod and r6 is speed of gameplay. cod you get fast firefights, where on r6, sometimes a handful of shots are fired all game. if r6 put alittle more speed in there, it would go faster, if they gave a run button, that would help the action. I haven't played since I got cod

will be a story line be continued on from Vegas to Vegas 2, because I'm not really wanting to spend money on Vegas iin which a few weeks or what ever no one will be playing because they have Vegas 2 :P and the odd problems in Vegas.

yes it completly follows the events in Vegas 1 so you might want to pick it up, people will still be playing Vegas 1 until Vegas 2 comes out in march so you have some time

Yeah... I am filling up those rooms because the game is so cheap like 20 bucks now i decided to get it

and i have to say that it is crap just like i think unreal tournament 3 is crap.

maybe its just me hating fps but i loved resistance.

The devs had time to think about RSV2. I'm sure they won't make the same mistakes as with RSV for PS3.

I like the first game, I have it on PS3, and I really enjoy it. I hope they can make this a better port, as that would make the game even more awesome.

Vegas 1 is a great game... There are just issues on the PS3 version. If vegas 2 fixes these problems, it'll be up there with Warhawk and COD4.

that sucks for you on your part. resistence sucked big time compared to rsv. online rsv is one of the best for ps3. ive rented resistence twice and each time it got worse and lowered my expectations of resistence 2 ALOT.

Haha I got this game not long ago, seemed ok after I sorted out the upscaling issues, Just started playing online, and man do I SUCK!!! LMAO some of you guys are so good though. When you are playing sharpshooter, do you have to shoot them in the head?

I just got R6V today (I am recent ps3 owner), and I started playing it and I'd realized that's not such a bad game as many people think, ok it may not be as good as CoD, but it has its own things, I'll be definitely buying R6V 2 when it comes out.
