Design Team signature

In this thread, Perfect Sin has stated that the design team needs a dedicated signature, well i was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

This doesnt have to be graphic, you dont have to show us a conceptual design or anything (although that would be nice if you could), just state some ideas on what should be on it.

I will post some ideas later, and im sure so will the other designers that have been working hrad on the signature and avatar request thread.

Well, maybe if you guys decided what name to use for the design team that could be put in the sig. I would also suggest a symbol so you could be recognised just like the SMC have a symbol in their icon. Not sure what it could be though …… something that have to do with designing would be the obvious decision I guess.....? Anyway, you guys should reserve a part of your sigs for it, that would be nice to see.

A sig or unless they got 15000 skill points so they can change their titles to Design Team Member.

Well, currently we will not have a special signature or icon....Rebon and I disscussed just having a Design Squad stripe that flows across the top of your sig you have now....and only Design Squad memebers will have this.

I think that would do that job jus fine NoUse. So "Design Squad Members" is going to be the team name or is it still unofficial.

By the way: Congratulations with your own design corner. Have you already decided who is going to be part of the team or does everyone have to succeed a test first.

Well, I like the name Design Squad...but its still up for descussion. I just got home from being with my girlfriend for a couple of days. Also, I have chosen 3 members already and may look to hire a few more. I will check in on stuff and if people are intrested they can PM me and I will give them a test to see if they are up tot he task of being part of the Design Squad.

It looks great and that would be the perfect size I guess. It blends right in with your sig so you should do the letters in a different colour to make it more visible.

By the way, here's another idea from me. I think it would be a cool idea if you guys had sort of a small ribbon on your sig too go with the team name. It could just be a little symbol pinned on their so you be more recognizable. Just a thought ...

Yeah....I dont know yet what we are going to do with the whole Design Squad Sig or Stripe or Ribbon or whatever...I just got back from my vacation today adn I haven't had time to do much. Its all in the works but until then, the design team will still be playing in the contest adn answering the needs of people in the request thread.

IPB has a Member Group are just below the avatar where you can have text or an affiliate size box with the (lets just say Design Squad) logo, is there something like that for PHPBB?

OR why dont you try integrating it into your signatures how you would like it, that way you will have have somthing creative of your own and not a standard one, but it all represents the same Design team.

I just think the limits on signatures are strict enough already and space would get taken up by that team bit, so to have it elsewhere would be great.

Maybe We can have a Team Avatar. Like some kinda of Graphic Artist Logo that we all share as a avatar which then allows us to have our own Sigs....Just an idea
