Not really sold on sturridge, just seems like a poor mans walcott with a left foot!! but to be fair, he has hardly played upfront......if you play him there

The talent is certainly there. Just gonna be about getting the best out of him.

Considering what Rodgers was able to get out of Sinclair and Dyer, I think he'll be able to do at least that with Sturridge.

I think he may have worked with him at Chelsea a bit as well.

Liverpool are a quality team, but they make so many stupid decisions. I am at the Liverpool academy and I have been promised my first professional game for Liverpool this year, but last year they said I could play in one of the European games and they just never let me play :/ When I have got better ability than Downing or Henderson (I play in Midfield), but meh. Expect big things from Liverpool in the future. There are a lot of amazing players currently in the youth team, and soon me and others will break through the ranks at Liverpool, and when we have a lot more younger, faster players, we will start finishing in the top 4 again
