Ah ok City play first. Newcastle v City will be a draw IMO. Newcastle is a tough place to go and they got quality match winning players now. Plus there chasing 4th CL spot.
There's still hope.

Ferguson also revealed that Jonny Evans and Danny Welbeck will not face Swansea on Sunday as his side bid to overcome the disappointment of losing top spot in the Premier League table to Manchester City.
Evans missed the 1-0 defeat at the Etihad Stadium on Monday, a game which saw Welbeck suffer an ankle injury which led to him wearing a protective cast after the final whistle.
Ferguson said on Evans: "He has improved a little bit but [will] not [be fit] for Sunday." On Welbeck, he added: "He is out. He got injured on Monday. Hopefully he will be ready for the Sunderland game [on 13 May].
"We have to get over the disappointment of Monday. It was a blow to us. It has put us on the back foot. We can only do what we can do."
As long as Jones doesn't play, then ill be happy.

Kagawa isn't some bargain basement player. He plays for the German champions, no mugs.

Meant, we still resigned to getting players on the cheap, he has a year left too run. i know he is pretty decent,
if we can get hazard, a combative CM and a left back, ill be happy

Kagawa represents tremendous value at that price though, I think he can really fit in our team as well. I'd be super happy with that signing if it happens.
But yeah, we need a fighter in the MF and a LB as well for sure.Other opinions are available.

Yeah he can play Kagawa I'd be happy with that signing. I'd take Tiote and a left back as well.

I'd sign the scouts from Newcastle.

Anyone else think Fergie looked really flat at his press conference today? He's probably still shocked that he had more fire in his belly on Monday, than the players did.
Looking forward to the £100 million spending spree.... but I'm betting right now the same team will start next season.

Kagawa is an interesting player but his position isn't really a priority. Of course if we can get him relatively cheap then we should go for it. Our first concern however should be a mobile midfielder who's comfortable on the ball. At the moment Cleverley looks to be our only mobile midfield option going into next season (not ruling out Anderson, but he's far from a certainty), and that's real problem. Javi Martinez is a name that keeps coming up and with good reason, but there are other options out there as well.
If we don't adress our inability to cope with pressure in the centre of midfield I'll be very disappointed. That's where we lose our big games.

I think we have better scouts than Newcastle, the thing is the type of teams that isn't fighting for the title can take bigger risks in terms to transfers. If Newcastle buy someone unknown and it doesn't work out it is no big deal. But if United do it, it's the end of the world. Just look at Bebe..

Regarding Martinez, I don't want him at out club. He called Ronaldo a clown yesterday. Never in a million years do I want a player that disrespects a club legend at our club.Other opinions are available.

Anyone try the PES2012 demo? Pretty impressive to me!
And Ronaldo is a "club legend"? Come on.. of course he's one of the best players you've had all-time... BUT the legend status is reserved for those who have served the club for a very long time and love it above the other clubs and can't be enticed to leave.
But you can say that he is your best player this decade.Last edited by Firefox; 05-04-2012 at 06:02.

So idea if it's PES2012 or 2013 but the demo just came out on xbox this week. (had Tottenham, Bayern, Inter) in demo.. I assume it was 2012 since Eto'o was at Inter. Regardless.. I was very impressed.

Good news but will be tough for him to return to his best. Would be risky not to buy a replacement for him and rely on him returning to his best. I guess Pogba could be his replacement and buy else where.

He has Ulcerative Colitis? Oh damn. I hope it won't be a really serious case and that he can remain in remission for a long time! And also live a long happy life.

More HereManchester United star Pogba says 'Yes' to Juventus switch
Teenage sensation Paul Pogba has decided to quit Manchester United and sign for Juventus. The France Under-19 midfielder has turned down a lucrative contract at Old Trafford to join the Italian outfit. His decision was made known in a letter from his agent Mino Raiola to United chief executive David Gill, but there has been no contact between Pogba, 19, and United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
I think he is a good young boy,but we won't miss him especially if we supported the midfield this summer, there is a strong rumour that Hazard is very close to join and SAF is very interested in him, personally i've never seen him but i hear he is great young talent.

If Pogba was good enough he should have been in the team. But when your agent stands to make a few bob from you moving to Italy, you're going to be moving to Italy.
As for Hazard. The rumour in Manchester is, City have been showing him around the flashiest houses in Gorton.
I just hope it isn't another summer of, no value in the market excuses. Which reading this it could be.
