They (They being twitter sources) reckon he will announce it after he has finished training with Belgium today (Around 6:30pm) despite Sky Sports lying once again about how he was going to announce it at 4pm (Bunch if liars on that channel!)

There's no need to moan or argue about transfer rumours, if we did that for every rumour out there we would probably all be insane by now.

Last few weeks there have been rumours that he is definitely going to all 3 clubs, so someone's going to be wrong, so there is no point worrying over it.

Transfer window isn't even open yet and we're already worrying about our abilities to sign top class players!?! No one has a clue where Hazard is going next, so lets just wait and see, if we sign him then fantastic!! If we don't there are other quality players out there we can sign.

The time to worry and complain is when the transfer window closes and we have signed no one.

Yes, a lot of people reporting Chelsea. All based on two things; One Twitter account from some dude following Lile. And the French paper L'espc (or whatever the fuck they are called).
