Fergie looks very happy in that pic! Apparently they are showing behind the scenes stuff and an interview with SAF on MUTV right now for those who have it.

Van Persie in vandalising table cloth incident.
Some United fans really get on my nipples. You know the ones who are moaning about the price paid for RVP, I say its about freakin time United bought the finished player, instead of potential. And they would've been moaning even louder if City had got him, sometimes the club cannot win.
Really looking forward to the new season now. I don't care about a LB or DM, just outscore the other team I say.

Do it's RVP #20. Poor Fabio, lost his number and he's only been gone 5 minutes. Maybe Rafael will get the 2 shirt and Fab can have the 21.

4-4-2 is old hash now and just boring.
City rolled with a 3-5-2 or more a 3-4-1-2 in preseason and even against Chelsea and it looked freaking awesome.
Against Chelsea Kolarov was bombing down the left and dropping back to defend when needed, Milner the same on the right, Yaya was box to box and De Jong just covered. Nasri played in the hole and fed Aguero and Tevez and then Silva came on for Nasri and did the same. It looked really fluid and diverse.
United should try something similar in the midfield to free up Kagawa's attacking abilities. Otherwise he is totally wasted in CM.
United need a Yaya style of player and then you are pretty much complete.

A reporter asked RVP what his best position was and he referred the question to SAF whom didn't answer. So maybe he's not clear (or willing to reveal it) on the formation just yet.

Very impressed with RVP's interview and press conference. He spoke maturely, didn't speak down Arsenal. Nor was there any stupid statements he had to say (Hi City). You can tell he'll bring even more leadership to the dressing room which will be important in the coming seasons.Other opinions are available.
