I really do think Moyes is the right man for the job.

As for our transfer business, I do wonder if Fergie and Gill ran a tighter ship than Woodward and Moyes are doing? Or is this a new strategy?

Rooney surely won't be sold to an English club.

Cheers. I think it's 50/50 on Fab. Don't think we'd bother putting two bids in if Fabregas didn't have significant interest in joining us. But I'm less sure in Barca selling.

Do we really need Baines with Fabio and Buttner, with Pat having another season or two left in him.

Cesc is considering his future apparently. United must be getting some signs that this deal will happen. I think we will get him.

The last thing SAF said to us, was to get behind our new manager! He wasn't my first choice either, but now we've got him, I am delighted! I am proud we resisted the allure of a quick fix like Jose, we have taken a gamble!

I know we haven't done anything in the transfer market, but that is obviously due to the change of manager, he's only been working for just over 3 weeks. We will get someone I am sure of that, next summer it will be different, I imagine we will get our work done early again.

Fabregas would be absolutely sensational, If we can't get him, we should try and tempt Madrid to get rid of Modric, since they have so many midfielders. I just want to see Carrick and Modric together. They might need to fund the Bale move too. (providing the rumours are true)

But this season is the biggest season for United that I have ever witnessed, they are going to have extra critics and the knives are going to be out after any bad results! The best way we can fight this is to get behind Moyes and support the team!

    COME ON UNITED!!

Why? He is our manager, we should get behind him! What makes him so average? Over achieving with Everton?
Like I said, lack of signings is probably down to the change of manager.
We don't have a rubbish side anyway, dw we will be there or thereabouts dude.

We are Man Utd, one of the biggest and best clubs in the world. Moyes was never nowhere near ready for such a huge job. Never rated him at Everton and wtf is taking so long to get ANY two CMS in?

We certainly cant rely on RVP this season. Unless that CM is sorted soon, we will be fighting with Spurs for 3d place!

Having said, i hope im wrong, but DM doesnt strike fear into others as GOD did!

Would anyone? Other than Jose there wasn't a lot available anyway. We're not gonna bid for just any cms, were trying to get the best, which wont happen overnight.

In fairness to Moyes, at least he can see the weakness at United and is trying to fix it. Fergie never seemingly wanted to address the issue. Hence the square pegs round holes solution, he often used.

I'm starting to like Moyes more and more, he seems very calm and he is going after a proper player in Cesc. Something must be going on in the background, otherwise this public pursuit could end up embarrassing, they chase Cesc but end up with Marion.

Also nice to see the manager of Manchester United, actually answers questions put to him.

As for Modric, would Fergie sat on the board agree with taking Madrid cast-offs?

I'm not convinced Rooney will leave but if he does I'm quite certain it won't be to another PL team at least not a top team.

    Must be Arsenal then.

The Cesc thing is ongoing? At this rate Barcelona and Cesc will be taking a restraining order out against United.

Remember the rumor Spurs wanted him and cash for Bale? I'd be tempted if I we're in charge.

Not heard that rumour. Would be a great deal for United, but would Rooney really go to Spurs? That would really confuse and anger him.

That'll be the end of that then.

And tomorrow the rumours of Ronaldo & Bale will start up again.

    I hate the transfer window.
