But I was just wondering what you did with your rear speakers. I have the Z-5500 too, and I didn't see any wires going to your rears in your pics.

what do some of you use to hide the wires for your speakers? i want to put my speakers in the corner of my room and hide the wires as best as possible.

I bought cable raceway from cableorganizer.com . I haven't got it all hooked up yet, but it seems like an easy way to do it if you don't want to drill your walls and whatnot.

Sorry for the late reply...

I bought some longer cables from Radio Shack and ran them around the room to the back, then into the speaker stands. You can still see them if you're standing in the room, but not in the pictures. They're just not obtrusive.
