    EU update live.

Still no webcam update for poker, despite the fact that the US has it, and we endured a patch in preperation for it that deleted our EU profiles!

However....a.....reasonable update....PSP God Of War demo. Nice. Resistance trailer. Rocketmen demo. meh. Flow for PSP, which i am NOT buying seeing as i bought it for ps3 already and got bored of it after an hour...

but BISHI BASHI!!! BISHI BASHI!!!!! BISHI BASHI!!!!!!!!

Lovely. Can we have webcam for poker, puzzle fighter, bowling, the promised COD4 maps....oh, forget it.

edit: COD4 maps just went live. £6.99

£6.99 for 3 maps is a little steep.

However, overall, not a bad update.

    am I excited - no

rocketmen is rubbish and i dont own a psp so resistance 2 trailer it is..

ps1 GAMES? thanks Sony, can we have some good ones please?? maybe bring us upto date with the rest of the world? oh sorry I forgot SCEE are like the cousin no-one talks to..

Why no Puzzle fighter?? must I really go thru the rigmarole of putting money onto a virtual creditcard to fund a US account Sony don't want me to have just to buy this game?? its been out on XBL for aaaaagess and the other stores..

I thought things might get slightly better after the store update, looks like I was wrong

really dissapointed at the price for maps :/. Coming from free maps on pc games etc and to pay over £1 per map is a bit steep

A little steep more like a rip off, correct me if I'm wrong but the US pay $10 we pay the equivalent of $14.
    Cheers Sony.
I for one am refusing to buy any DLC from now on its a joke.

The xbox guys get the map pack for £6.80, so i guess it is comparable. Still expensive though.

For those of you who don't know, Bishi Bashi was kind of a forerunner to Wario Ware. It's best incarnation was the arcade version, which only had 3 big buttons and no joystiq. The PS1 version overcomplicated the controls a bit, but is still a brill party game.

I personally don't understand the PSN.

Why bother having a different store for each region if you can access any from any region?

But far more important why release content on the US PSN Store before the UK, when we can just log off and back on as a US account and get it anyway?

Unless there are future plans to close this loophole by limiting stores by IP address ranges then it just seems Sony are shooting themselves in the foot.

Most notably by destroying the potential PSN Username pool.

As I have 3 different accounts, UK, US, HK (not sure if rest of EU have separate stores, do France / Germany get same as UK? Or separate? Or a general EU one?) which means I use three usernames. Most people will be in a similar position which means the potential usernames will be severely depleted and we have to expect either very long wait as we try to make a new account unique with the frustration of getting 'that ID is in use' too many times, or hundreds of CoolJeff2007XX or whatever.

Well unless everyone is responsible and has an ID then ID-US, ID-HK etc, which I doubt.

    Items Muse
£6.99 is extortionate for a game that's sold as many copies as COD4 has. As a gesture of goodwill, the map pack should be available for a much cheaper price, possibly even for free.

Anyway, it's great to see Bishi Bashi on there. I have such fond memories of that game!

    I think it's a brilliant update.

Could SCEE finally have learned that EU deserves good content? Good content 2 weeks running is like....WOW!

    Awesome update though for once.

New look store but still the same terrible updates, when will they learn?

And £6.99 for 3 maps is pathetic!

Can someone let me know how C&C is. I'd like to know how it plays on a controller and if they've given it an online mode.

Would be cool if they did.

I can guarantee there won't be an online mode.

£2.33 per map - I think not. Just before the release of gta.. And a month late. Poor effort IW.

I would have got those maps a while ago but can't be bothered to play on CoD 4 anymore so £6.99 is a bit steep. I hope people have fun with them though if they get them.

The Resistance 2 trailer also looks stunning in HD. If the game looks like that when it's released.. wow

I agree. I was going to get the maps, but then I heard how close they release to GTA and I thought "Nah, I just wait for GTA. Its only like 4 days."

im really happy they integrated psp demos etc the online website was a hassle to check would be cool if you could play the psp stuff straight off the ps3 but I guess that defeats the purpose of owning a psp
