Get rid of those icons no need for them on seven juts pin the most used ones to the task bar and then search for the others its uch faster.

Wonder if you folks can help me. I just got a new laptop and I want a spiffy wallpaper for it. I figured several pairs of eyes were better than my own. It will also be a bit of an experiment because I'm interested to see what people post. The task is: provide a high quality wallpaper that expresses contentment.

i went with something kinda dark actually for the new laptop setup.
Somebody get me a doctor, I ain't feelin' ill ...But I ain't feelin' this at all...

i prefer a certain degree of emptiness in my wallpapers
i will say, however, there is a certain aesthetic appeal to humans ingenuity. the hard edges make it easy to follow. not sure what the rainbow is though

@itachi: it's called rainmeter. You can have customized skins for pc. I'm not showing the side bar in the pic, it's hidden but with a single click I have a weather feed rss facebook feed, gmail and my sched. all on my desktop. Top has iTunes, firefox and windows explorer as luanchable applications and I have the regular date time battery shit. It's really intuitive because you can have a really clean desktop but everything is a click away.
