Yoohoo this game is going to be good, so good luck to them, that'll get their hands on the beta of Resistance 2. This game shapes up to be a very solid one, so let's hope it'll rock!!

Resistance 2 to have a public beta

While we always assumed that it would, it's now confirmed that Resistance 2 will have a public beta. GamePro has revealed that their August issue will feature a full preview of Resistance 2, including hands on details, a "colossal secret," and a contest for readers to potentially win Resistance 2 beta codes.

The beta will surely allow users to check out the 60 player online warfare as well as see a work in progress version of Insomniac's new ranking system.

So two major PS3 exclusives are to be covered now in August; Electronic Gaming Monthly will feature a full-fledged story on Killzone 2, and now Gamepro will have the inside scoop on Resistance 2. Get your hype hats on, it's going to be one hell of a ride.

Can someone make a screenshot of how to win the Beta codes when this issue is released. In my country they don't sell this magazine. I would be sooo glad if someone could scan it for me, so I can have a chance to win. I will give my skill points to that person.

They'll likely make it available to Qore subscribers as well for early access to the beta before they actually make it really "public."
