Once every 12 months. I would have laughed a little if this was March 07.

You really ought to fix that attitude of yours. If someone has a genuine problem, its not whining. If it was not a problem in the first place, no fix would be required.

And when is MS going to fix the "whining" about "

It was hardly a problem in my opinion. So you had to be connected to Live to play a game bought on a different console. But, you had to have connected to Live to download it in the first place, so it's not a big deal.

DRM is around for a reason, whether or not people like it. Yes, sometimes it has it's faults, but it prevents people from stealing copyrighted material, which is what it's supposed to do.

And MS don't need to fix the 12 month thing. Stops people from switching licenses between multiple consoles when they feel like it. And video rental licenses last 24hrs anyway.

So yes, in my opinion, people were 'whining' about it.

I used the migration tool last night, and it worked... for my arcade games. When I go to press download again on my TV episodes, it tells me the download could not be completed.. damn.
