Level 60 cap is too low, only have 11 levels left :\ (Nightmare start of Act IV)
14k life and 2k dps but it's still too low for a 4 player game - champs and unique enemies kick my ass once they get close...
Can't wait to constantly get "one hit KOed" on HELL.

It also pisses me off that they nerfed the bossdrops.
2 Blues and a mountain of white crap from every boss!? wtf Blizz just WTF?

P.S. still haven't found a single unique (legendary) item

You know, im honestly surprised barely noone has bitched and moaned about not offline single player. Ubisoft adds that to there games, shit storm. Blizz does it with D3.. barely a word. I hope they add a offline single player option so I can buy it though..

Barely through act II in normal lol, and I've found a decent amount of rare things. That's about the best I have so far though. lvl 18 Wizard lol.

The wiz has some pretty cool skills and does alot of damage but you'll be running away alot on the higher difficulty levels...

On your very first playthrough you get decent drops from the bosses (usually 1 or 2 rares) but after that the loot is just a joke.
I know Blizz wanted to force us to play "fair and square" but c'mon
There's no good way to improve your MagicFind either only a Topaz in a HELMET increases you MF...

I am almost through nightmare and can't really confirm that.
I've found more rares on normal then on nightmare (because the bosses droped rares).

Sure i do more DPS because the basedamage of the weapons is higher but thats about it, no sets, no legendarys... even the Blacksmith has no new recipie for a wand (the best is still from the end of normal) and i already got him on max level possible on nightmare.
From now on i need Books of Blacksmithing which can only be found on HELL afaik....

Long story short i'm using a ~100 dps mace atm, maybe i can get something better on HELL

Not really as far as i can tell. Your loot is your own anyway so noone can steal your items due to bad ping....

Ping of 150-200 is normal atm...

sorry but ur info is wrong, u can find pages in nightmare and not hell and it's a drop from monsters, also the drops are better on nightmare compared to normal

make sure to choose nightmare dif and not normal

Wasn't expecting Nightmare to be so hard on my Wizz. I died killed by a random elite in some random cellar in Act 1, I didn't die when I was fighting Diablo on normal.

Hi, guys! Havent been on the forums for a long time cause i cant just find enough spare time to hang around on forums. Furthermore i am more into PC gaming as of now, well, thats probably gonna change when Last Of Us arrives... ;D

Well u may wonder: what the heck i am doing here then if i got no time? Well, i have learned that a D3 owner can pass someone else a so known Guest Pass or how its called, mainly giving that person access to try out D3 before making the buying decision. I am on the fence regarding buying it or not, maybe even waintin some months til the server overload issues are gone. So getting to know the feel of the game could help me in my desicion making. Tried the game once during open beta but only for like 30 mins. Login was a hell and was occupied with other things at that time...Would be awesome if someone of you would grant me a pass to check this game out a bit more. Well, maybe i am asking for too much, havent been active here for a long time and stuff, but i really hope my rep helps a bit in your decision to give me a go or not...

Ok, then, have fun playing and most importantly: get awesome drops cause loot if the soul of this game

I'm on half way through ACT I on nightmare and I have to say that I also noticed that I'm getting better drops as well as more frequently. Plus more events that are a lot different and fun. My best advice is to fully clear the map and side dungeons before moving on with the quest. Takes more time, but items are worth it.

Edit: Also found my first legendary item last night, bracers. I was pretty excited about that when they dropped. 38 Demon Hunter by the way.

Edit again: I might have just gotten lucky with my drops, and i have a gem socketed for 11% increase of magic and gold as well. My magic find is at 31% right now with all my items. I just had 3 rare items drop back to back off of two purples and one yellow mobs.

It's not like i don't find rares - they drop pretty "often" just had no luck with other colors yet.
Level 52 on Hell, even regular zombies have a crapload of HP now and it get's really hectic once champs or uniques show up (now with 3 attributes).
We don't have to talk about the damage they dish out anymore do we, if they can get to you and you don't have diamond skin ready you are as good as dead

All well and good but it doesn't really prove that 31% MF makes a difference, we just don't have the exact formulars at the moment.
My D2 sorc had ~800% MF - i don't think we can get that much MF in D3 (no charms) so who knows, maybe 31% ain't that bad afterall.
It's certainly better then my mighty 0%

BTW has anyone been to the secret level yet?
I've collected the black mushrooms, leorics shinbone and the rainbow in a jar but can't seem to find the gibbering gemstone.
Finishing the Cavern of Frost over and over again get's boring pretty fast but i want to kill some unicorns and care bears

According to my friend who was te BIGGEST D2 whore imaginable 400%+ IS possible end game with legendary sets I think he was saying, cripples you in many ways though/ Normal gear can get you around 140% I think max

I haven't found a good legendary MF item in D3's itemlist yet, maybe we'll have to rely on good rares for that.
D2 for example had "skulld's ire" which gave you 1.25 MF per level alone (and you had 99 levels)... we also had IST runes back then which gave 25% MF in every item (even 30% in weapons).
One blade of ali baba with 2 ist runes gave you 150% MF...

Like i said values like that seem highly unlikely in D3 atm.

There's plenty of moaning about online only on battle.net forums because the game's main problems are related to that.
I too have a problem with this, think it's a bad decision.
Achievement loss, connection issues (not playing), item loss, progress loss, character loss are the main complains of users. Personally I only lost some achievements and of course got the connection errors on Sunday.
There's even talk of hacking.

The loot for me is also not that great, I usually just sell it all.
