looks pretty good...I dont know much about the psu you got, just make sure its tier two or better, you can google around to find out about that.
as of right now you dont have a burner of any sort, maby you dont need one but its always good to have for backup.
for most people 74GB would not be enough hard drive space, and to be honest, i owned a raptor and didnt really think the small performance gain was worth the extra noise. i would say just get a higher capacity 7200.11 rpm drive.

I get back from vacation and the first thing I see on here is Guitarras preaching from the Ati pulpit.

That build looks pretty good for a first timer. You may look at the price difference between 4gb and 2gb of ram, it may be worth it to bump that up. Also research your power supply. Overall a good job, I'd say.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Doesn't the GT cost as much as the 4850 ati card? i think one of the best buys atm for those that don't want to spend 300-500 bucks on a vid card is the 4850 ati card.

Once more into the fray.

Hey, I'm with you. She's in my current top 10, right behind your mom ofcourse. I hear she's a sex addict too; again just like your mom.

Wasn't this thread about building a computer?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

The 4850 or 9800 is a better choice now. I would go for 4850 just because its a 1 slot card, and performs nearly the same as the 9800.

4850 is about 25 bucks more expensive but it performs much better
I'm about to make a computer myself.
