I could translate it, however, my level of understanding isn't high enough to do it super quick. It would take too long and I have things to do

It's the introduction to the new system in SC4 and the new CAS feature. There was something like this for the manual for the Japanese version of Soul Calibur 3.

Where have you been mate? Anyway wow those Namco guys are some classic ones. They do also do this with the Tekken games like Tekken 5 for example. And by the way, so is there an arcade where you live, or just in Texas in Houston, so why not check the arcade version of Tekken 6 for me pal?
