So we're getting two parrots next month, we recently lost one of our dogs (you will be missed lulu ) and we always like the house buzzing with activity with animals, so we thought, parrots!
ive been looking up some videos on youtube to decide on which type, and there's some funny stuff

Very vocal but not loud loud so it annoys you unless they scream which is a ***** but that's very rare.

To be honest I have no idea how old he is because I got given him and as they moved to St Lucia and they got him passed on to them before from a old boy...I'd say about 10/12 but they live till about 70/80.

Great fun, he just mooches around the house and flys around/talks/waves...he also eats anything

They will only swear if you swear a lot round them because they pick up more aggressive words easily, somehow mine doesn't swear hardly at all even though I swear way to much, even said the C word in front of my mum yest ooops.

I ain't seen my parrot for a month plus so prob forgot about me now

They love beer by the way, well my does anyway. He never says thank you though he will do a special calm whistle which is his thank you....he also ****s in the cage even if over other side of the house....very very clever birds, It's like the intelligence of a 5 year old kid and the mentality of a 3 yr a old kid.

I never understand why they always repeat what humans say..i mean they don't understand what the words mean, so whats the point ??

They do understand though...your underestimating them. Like I said ^^ my parrot calls me and if he calls me again and I ignore him he goes oh sod ya then like I give up in other words.
