There SOME animated avatars, yes, but most just find it a pain to get one to fit within the limitations on the file size for av's.

Also, NO FLASHING. We have a policy of restricting strobe effects out of respect for people with epilepsy.

Have you tried the edit signature part in your usercp? It's on the left hand side.

This may be a stupid question but do i need to have a certain post count before i can add videos and pictures, use the bold text, underline and other options when replying and/or creating a new thread.
I have looked at various thread's ( including the one on how to embed youtube vidoes ) and i still can't get things to work correctly.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need a certain post count.
All you got to do is this
[video]video url[/video.]
minus that . in the brackets
should be like this

just some random vid on youtube on the front page

Thanks i will give that a try, i was using the [embed] [/embed] as stated in one of the threads. Is there a problem with the bold text etc or is that just my crappy pc.

I don't know man maybe its the browser you use I know for sure IE9 has major problems with embedding and all that. So I switched to Chrome and Firefox and those problems went away.

I did it, thanks again. I will keep a note of the others for future use. I am currently using ie8 ( i think ) on my really old and frankly past it pc.

Yeah I just went through your posts again and saw that lol Yeah I use either Firefox or Chrome. Seems IE sucks on most sites

We do have a couple bugs to iron out with Internet Explorer. If you want to post an image or video, post the URL, report it and a staff member will properly embed it.
