I had not seen this before, don't think it was posted in the E3 madness, worth a watch though if you'r looking forward to this title.

it's really true

it's an HD upgrade to RE4

it plays exactly the same and the enemies more or less react the same as they did in RE4

but now there's more annoying enemies those flying buzzards

what happened to the zombies and survival horror?

This game is going to be badass. I don't care if its more of an upgrade from RE4 because that was GOTY 05 so it certainly has a winning formula.

RE 4 was a great game, but not some Amazing Holy grail of video games.

One of the things that made RE 4 so great was that it was a fresh take on the Resident Evil franchise.

I do believe RE 5 will be a great game, but I'm also one of the ones that were expecting so much more.

The Online Co-op is a plus ( I hope we can play as Sheva offline) but it's not something thats totally unexpected.

not to most Resident Evil diehards

the game got incredibly easy in no time flat

it completely threw away what made the other RE games work and instead went for the Shoot em up formula

the story was complete garbage in RE4 with the only thing to call it RE was Leon,Ada and Wesker with Umbrella being mentioned what....4 times?

the game was amazing for like the first play through after that it becomes boring

Only replay value the game had was the weak Mercenaries game
sorry if I'm coming off hostile I've been in a losing Footies game in Warcraft

Not at the moment no, you find it under the PS3 games section, there are ALOT of news on the boards aswell, so check PSU.com and the games section if you are looking for something in particular.

This game is really using the full power of the PS3. I'm glad titles are starting to realize it's true power.

I've never gonne through a single player expirience as many times as i played through RE4, i never cared much for the older RE games, some technical aspects forced them to go that route, RE4 was a great gaming expirience for me, and i'm sure many feel the same way, the RE series have been around for quite some time now, keeping the same formula in so many years eventualy hurts the series in my opinion, i'm glad they changed it a bit.

I hate that they arent zombies. Im really disappointed with this game. I liked RE4, but I want zombies. From this video this game doesnt look good at all. Im not a happy gamer, was really looking forward to this. The guy said there would be something new with the gameplay, so I'm hoping its something better.

Well its actually multiplatform, but it still looks like one of the best games upcoming.

RE4 = New School RE fans.
RE 1-3 = Diehard RE fans that got pushed aside for RE4.

I'm an old school RE fan but I enjoyed RE4 the most out of the lot.

I think every RE game including 4 are classics, I'm sure in my mind that 5 will follow in due time.

Looks great imo, defeats many others visually. Must buy for me.
