I don't mind listening to that but where exactly is the part of the site I'm suppose to click. There are too many radiocasts to listen. And oh yea, which software you use. I can't open it so far. Any help from anyone is appreciated.

K well from what i've heard, these are few things i could remember right now.
1. As i said before Ghost Recon 3 will be a title to look for because the mentioned seeing a demo (not playable) of the game.
2. A sort of cam (sort of device) will be released for a game where you use the cam to capture your image and put yourself in the game. (i am not 100% what game it was for or how it is actually used they didn't mention much.
3. (MORE GAMES MENTIONED)
Perfect Dark Zero - They said it looks amazing and they had a playable demo and they said the graphics are mind blowing. lol so maybe we can see something real good. They mentioned a few which i couldn't really make out but as far as i know they were all drooling over the Ghost Recon 3 footage.
4. Controllers reported wireless so nothing big that we didn't know about, but this might mean they will come with wireless controllers and not wired.
Thats all i can remember right now unless if i find the paper i wrote everything down on cause my damn notepad got corrupted. But im sure i saved the audio but i can't find it. More info later.05.05.2005

Hmm, I don't suppose those were the only games at MTV launch. I mean really Ghost Recon 3, Perfect Dark 0 , and a camera game(?). I'm surprised they didn't tout/show Halo2.5 at all? Microsoft better have a healthy lineup to show(other than these 3) at E3.

Its a 30 minutes show (less if you count commercials) How much did you expect them to show?
This was many an informal showing of the hardware and a couple of game sneak peaks.
E3 is where they will really go to town.
This was in part a method to get the hardware out there so they can go into E3 and concentrate more on the games. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. I was expecting more games than that but I already made clear and said there could possibly be more than the ones reported by the PSX3(or the radio ppl). Or that Microsoft better have a healthy count at E3.

Trust me when I say there will be more than enough at E3? I am just curious why everyone seems to have expected MS to show their entire load of games at the MTV event? Why would they even do that?

Siren, yea I can take your word for it. As I myself am expecting more from E3. Ofcourse my words would have comeout coz of wanting more to hear about next-gen games, that's all.
Playstation3X, What kind of an idiotic reply was that? You obviously didn't comprehend my posts point.
It was a statement. Siren asked me a question and I cleared to him that yea that is how I think and am clear that E3 will bring us more of Xbox2 and I'm sure he understood my point.
Why jump in with your foolish response without any grasp of the situation? Take it easy pal, not everyone is here to attack your beloved Xbox. So don't feel offended at everything thats been said about Microsoft or Xbox. Sheesh

I dunno... the MTV event was to get the X2 out to the average gamer... the Hardcore already know sooner or later there'll be a ton of games. The average gamer? No. They need to SEE the hot games that are gonna be coming out for X2... so what does M$ do, they show off PDZ... a game the average gamer prolly has NO idea of... more over that's ALL they show. Most of the FPS fans are already on the Xbox as it is... another FPS isn't gonna be bringing the crowds in even if it IS gorgeous. IMO it's extremely important to show off a lot of games at the MTV... even if it's just trailers... M$ NEEDS to hit all the hotspots... a racer... a fighter... an action... a sport... a FPS... and an RPG (they died here, so this I think is cricital). This gen Sony had the game M$ had the power... next gen M$ has to convince the world they have the games and the power. Power will be easy, since it'll look great. Games... another FPS even if it IS PDZ isn't the best way... you think the average person care that RARE is deving it? Or that PD on N64 rocked? All they remember from N64 is Goldeneye... PDZ isn't gonna help change the image. I think a single game was an incredibly bad move. Hopefully, they'll splice in trailers all throughout the show... otherwise... I don't think the people will respond...

Hey muchuukuri, good point. But man, if MTV spot was intended for average gamer/ppl. I suppose M$ did their job well. Just look at the celebrity list. An average gamer can easily be distracted with star appeal than a great game appeal. If they see a star playing a mediocre game, they'd think its cool cuz a certain star tried it. U know 8 year old kids talking at school about how they saw Frodo Baggins playing this realistic chick in a game. It'll be fun to see star reactions at the show on 12th.

Also, did you actually read about PDZ at all? It isn't exactly your normal FPS.

HI..my short bio
Hi my names Jake Landrus I have been into gaming ever since I was born as I have owned nearly every system that has come out. I got this job when my buddy Justin Pinter who I went to school informed me about it so I jumped all over the chance to get it. Other than gaming I like to lift weights and play almost any sport as basketball would be my favorite. As of right now I own many classic consoles but as far as the next gen goes I have a PS3 (obviously) a 360, Nintendo DS, and a PSP. My favorite games are RPG's but I do tend to play everything. I look forward to working with all of you and getting to know everyone.
