hello i got a 40 gb ps3 and i use wireless internet connection and i keep disconnecting and i looked at the signal strengh and its 50% to 80% does anyone know how to sort this and my nat type is 2

Go to Network setting on the PS3 and DISABLE MEDIA SHARING, this will fix your problem!

For the most part. There are some people that still have the disconnection problem but thankfully that has gone down.

For me it turned out to be some router setting that would disconnect me from time to time.

The media sharing thing works for most but does not always solve the problem. Try connecting your ps3 via ethernet cable and if that just isnt happening, try looking at your router settings and worst case scenario, open up a DMZ on the router and change the prim. and sec. DNS settings.
